Founder

Khyyn Fernander has spent 10 years inside the game at various levels. Working on developing players, evaluating talent, and working within environments where performance is the standard.

Over four years at FIU's Division I Women's Soccer program he aided in optimizing player development, which led the program to its first Conference USA Championship. During his tenure, nine players from the program went on to play professionally, further reinforcing his understanding of the level required to make the transition.

Outside of his experience with FIU, he has also worked in youth, high school (IMG), and Division II (GSW) programs, maintaining a consistent focus on individual player development and scouting.

Across every level, one pattern became clear: talented players are overlooked every year. Not because they aren't good enough, but because they aren't positioned correctly. Players lack access to the right networks and don't have a clear pathway forward.

That realization led him to transition into representation. Not to be just another agent, but to build something different — an approach rooted in development, relationships, and real opportunity.

With a background as both a coach and developer, he understands how players are evaluated, how decisions are made, and where opportunities are created. He doesn't just represent players, he specializes in positioning them for the next level based on where they are and where they need to be.

Everything is built around one principle: the right players shouldn't be overlooked.

This isn't about volume. It's about helping players develop, grow, and access the opportunities they deserve, both on and off the field.
