Khyyn Fernander has spent years inside the game at multiple levels, developing players, evaluating talent, and working within environments where performance is the standard.
His experience includes over four years at the Division I level with FIU Women's Soccer, where he contributed to player development during a period that led to the program's first Conference USA Championship. During that time, eight players from the program went on to play professionally, further reinforcing his understanding of the level required to make the transition.
He has also worked across youth, high school, and Division II environments, maintaining a consistent focus on individual player development and scouting.
Across every level, one pattern became clear: talented players are overlooked every year, not because they aren't good enough, but because they aren't positioned correctly, lack access to the right networks, or don't have a clear pathway forward.
That realization led him to transition into representation. Not to be just another agent, but to build something different — an approach rooted in development, relationships, and real opportunity.
With a background as both a coach and developer, he understands how players are evaluated, how decisions are made, and where opportunities are created. He doesn't just represent players, he specializes in positioning them for the next level based on where they are and where they need to be.
